In 2020, Vertical Bridge became the first tower company in the world to achieve the CarbonNeutral® company certified status and has been recertified every year since.\nSummary: \nThe Asset Manager is responsible for end-to-end landlord relationship management and ground lease administration for designated sites, including private and Municipal sites. This role serves as a primary execution arm of the Asset Management function and carries direct ownership of assigned tasks and outcomes, operating with minimal supervision. The Asset Manager is an experienced telecommunications professional who independently manages priorities, drives tasks to completion, and ensures continuity of operations through landlord engagement, timely document execution, and delivery of all lease and property management obligations within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.\nJob Functions: \nMaintain stable landlord relationships that protect lease rights, and revenue continuity\nExecute renewals, site analysis and decommission of naked sites, extensions, amendments, consents, easements, and non-negotiable approvals\nAdministrate high-volume property management tasks in accordance with defined time frames\nNavigate approval workflows associated with landlords\nServe as a centralized coordination point across Leasing, Legal, Accounting, Development, and Operations\nCoordinates with Accounting to ensure timely rent payments, reimbursements and reconciliations\nMaintain strong working relationships with agency contacts, aggregators, and third-party representatives\nOwn document flow, execution tracking, and follow-up\nProactively resolve landlord issues and escalations with minimal supervision\nAnalyze lease terms and financial impact to support amendment strategies\nMaintain accurate records in CRM, Site Tracker, and document management systems\nAny other matter deemed necessary by supervisor to comply with the functions of the role\nThese job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents.
