anyone out\nSet clear expectations, give honest feedback, and celebrate the wins\nPartner with Location Managers to run staff meetings using the Vertin Business Model\nTurn financial reports into a plan your team understands and owns\nGet out in the community, encourage your associates to do the same, and lead the way on social media\nServe families (about 40%)\nArrange and conduct services with professionalism and genuine care\nProvide thoughtful aftercare and share pre-need referrals with your Preneed Specialist\nPitch in on service days: parking, ushering, driving, floral delivery, and whatever else the day needs\nKeep documentation accurate and the facility, vehicles, and supplies in great shape\nPromote a safe, healthy workplace and stay current on licensing requirements\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of funeral home management experience leading associates\nAssociate degree in mortuary science\nDual licensed as a Funeral Director and Embalmer and able to obtain licensure in Wyoming prior to hire\nExperience managing a P&L and translating financial results into action\nExperience overseeing two or more funeral homes\nA natural relationship
