This role ensures that our products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with brand and business objectives.\nResponsibilities\nConduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.\nDevelop user personas, journeys, flows, and wireframes that simplify complex interactions.\nApply accessibility and usability best practices to all designs.\nDeliver high-fidelity visual designs that are consistent, on-brand, and responsive across devices.\nBuild and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.\nProduce prototypes for validation and stakeholder alignment.\nWork closely with product managers, developers, and other teams to translate requirements into designs.\nProvide clear documentation and design specifications for implementation.\nIterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and performance data.\nRequirements and Qualification\nStrong portfolio demonstrating quality visual design and interface aesthetics.\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI, Experience Design, Product Design, or a related digital design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital experience design.\nAbility to create intuitive, user-friendly flows.\nConsistency in applying brand and design system guidelines.\nEvidence of incorporating research and feedback into designs.\nExperience using testing and validation methods.\nConsideration for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design.\nEffectiveness in cross-functional teamwork and clarity in presenting design decisions and rationale.\nAbility to simplify complex problems through design, with creativity in proposing new solutions.\nProactivity in identifying UX/UI improvements.\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation\nMedical & Dental benefits\nInternational and multicultural working environment\nTraining and development opportunities\nCareer growth in a fast-growing organisation\nBirthday Leave\nOur Hiring Process\nAfter submitting your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your profile.
