This role focuses on developing core UX and UI skills, contributing to projects under guidance, and learning to balance usability, functionality, and visual design within business and brand contexts.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in conducting user research, surveys, and usability testing\nSupport the creation of user flows, wireframes, and simple prototypes.\nLearn and apply accessibility and usability best practices.\nContribute to high-fidelity visual design under supervision.\nFollow established design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.\nPrepare assets and design files for implementation.\nWork closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into designs.\nAssist in documenting and organising design work clearly for team use.\nActively seek feedback, iterate, and grow design skills through mentorship.\nRequirements and Qualification\nAbility to produce clear, neat, and functional design outputs.\nPreferably 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Experience Design, Product Design, or a related digital design role.
