ACP-Hardware engineer（Global）-Xi’an

Job Responsibilities

• Design power hardware for UPS systems, including schematic design, PCB review, and magnetic component design.
• Develop and optimize power conversion circuits such as PFC, inverter, and DC/DC converters.
• Select and apply power semiconductor devices (IGBT/MOSFET/SiC) and design related drive, sensing, and protection circuits.
• Conduct hardware debugging, testing, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization to ensure product reliability.
• Prepare hardware design documentation and collaborate with firmware, mechanical, testing, and manufacturing teams throughout product development.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields, with 3+ years of hardware development experience.
• Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals and practical experience with PFC, inverter, and DC/DC topologies.
• Proficient in analog and digital circuit design, with the ability to independently complete schematic design and hardware debugging.
• Familiar with power semiconductor devices, magnetic components, protection circuits, and hardware validation processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional product development teams.

• Experience in UPS, telecom power supplies, energy storage systems, or photovoltaic inverter products.
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, PSIM, or LTspice.
• Experience with kW-level or higher power conversion systems.
• Experience participating in products from design concept through mass production.
