capabilities across global facilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nManufacturing & Assembly Process Leadership\nOwn and standardize global manufacturing processes for fabrication, welding, assembly, and test operations.\nDefine assembly process architectures, production line concepts, and DFM/DFA manufacturing guidelines aligned with business strategy.\nEstablish standardized operating models across fabrication, sub-assembly, final assembly, and testing environments.\nDrive process consistency, manufacturability, scalability, and operational efficiency across global manufacturing sites.\nEquipment & Capital Strategy\nDefine and deploy global equipment, tooling, and automation strategies supporting fabrication and assembly operations.\nLead equipment specification development, supplier selection, FAT/SAT activities, commissioning, and deployment governance.\nSupport capital investment planning through ROI-driven and risk-based business case development.\nEvaluate and implement advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and robotics solutions where appropriate.\nIndustrial Engineering & Capacity Enablement\nOwn and standardize the global Industrial Engineering (IE) framework across IS manufacturing operations.\nDevelop standardized approaches for routings, labor standards, work content analysis, takt time assumptions, and line balancing methodologies.\nDefine best practices for workstation design, ergonomics, material flow, and factory space utilization.\nDevelop executable capacity models that account for ETO variability, product mix complexity, and production changeovers.\nSupport manufacturing footprint optimization and operational scalability initiatives.\nNPDI & Global Manufacturing Deployment\nLead manufacturing readiness activities for New Product Development and Introduction (NPD/NPI) programs.\nPartner with Engineering teams to support modularity initiatives, platform strategies, and product standardization efforts.\nEnsure successful deployment of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and operational standards globally using structured change management practices.\nSupport process validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities across manufacturing sites.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nServe as a strategic manufacturing engineering partner to Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.\nAct as a global escalation point for manufacturing process, assembly, equipment, or capacity-related challenges.\nDrive alignment and performance improvements across key manufacturing KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.\nLead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed global environment.\nQualifications :\nMinimum Requirements\n8-10+ years of experience in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Strategy, or Industrialization roles.\nStrong expertise in fabrication, welding, and assembly processes within ETO, high-mix, or low-volume manufacturing environments.\nProven experience with industrial engineering methodologies, line balancing, labor modeling, and manufacturing capacity planning.\nDemonstrated ability to translate manufacturing strategy into executable plant-level solutions.\nExperience leading global manufacturing process improvements and equipment deployment initiatives.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in electrical infrastructure, power systems, thermal management, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.\nExposure to automation, robotics, digital manufacturing, and advanced manufacturing technologies.\nLean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.\nExperience working within global, matrixed manufacturing organizations.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline required.\nTravel Requirements\nAbility to travel globally (10-30%) to support manufacturing deployments, site readiness activities, equipment implementation, and operational support
