This role is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, monitoring, and optimizing APIs and integration solutions that connect Connected CE applications with enterprise systems.\nWhat kind of work will you be doing?\nDesign, develop, and maintain APIs using Google APIGEE. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) \nDevelop and support integrations between Connected CE, Oracle EBS, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and enterprise platforms. \nCreate and manage API proxies, policies, security configurations, and analytics within APIGEE. \nMonitor API performance and troubleshoot production issues. \nPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. \nDevelop and optimize SQL queries and database solutions. \nSupport Oracle EBS integrations and business processes. \nCollaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams. \nParticipate in release management and production support activities. \nMaintain technical documentation and knowledge articles. \nSupport ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. \nWhat will make you successful?\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. \n4+ years of experience in application development and support. \nStrong hands-on experience with Google APIGEE. \nStrong SQL and database troubleshooting skills. \nKnowledge of Oracle EBS integrations and Oracle Database. \nUnderstanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSL/TLS. \nExperience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. \nNice to Have\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. \nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes. \nFamiliarity with Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics. \nExperience supporting global users and production environments.\nTime Travel
