vendors, and cross-functional teams.\nWorking under the guidance of the MDM Lead and Support Manager, this position will focus on writing high-quality code, implementing new features, resolving incidents, and ensuring platform stability through rigorous testing and adherence to organizational processes.\nKey Responsibilities MDM Development & Enhancement\nDevelop and implement new MDM capabilities and features\nWrite high-quality, maintainable MDM code following best practices\nImplement data integration solutions to synchronize data across systems\nConfigure and customize MDM platform components\nDevelop and optimize complex SQL queries for data processing and analysis\nCode Quality & Testing\nWrite and maintain unit tests for all code changes\nExecute system integration testing (SIT) and support UAT activities\nMaintain and execute regression test cases to ensure platform stability\nDebug and troubleshoot code issues\nRefactor and optimize existing code for performance improvements\nParticipate in code reviews and incorporate feedback\nIncident Resolution & Support\nTriage and resolve data issues within established SLAs\nInvestigate and fix defects reported by users\nPerform root cause analysis for recurring issues\nSupport production incidents and provide timely resolutions\nDocument issue resolutions and update knowledge base\nData Management & Migration\nSupport data migration activities and bulk update operations\nAssist with onboarding new systems, organizations, and datasets\nPerform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues\nExecute data reconciliation across multiple systems\nEnsure data integrity throughout integration activities\nProcess Adherence & Documentation\nFollow organizational processes for requirements, development, testing, deployment, and support\nParticipate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups\nComplete assigned user stories within sprint commitments\nCreate and maintain technical compliance for all code changes\nParticipate in security testing activities\nImplement data protection and privacy controls\nRequired Qualifications Experience\n4-8 years of hands-on experience in MDM development or related fields\nProven track record of delivering high-quality code in production environments\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments\nDemonstrated ability to work with business users and cross-functional teams\nTechnical Skills\n MDM Platform Experience: Hands-on experience developing with at least one MDM platform (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDM, or similar)\nSQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for complex queries, data analysis, and optimization\nData Integration: Experience developing data integration solutions and ETL processes\nCoding Skills: Proficiency in writing, debugging, and refactoring code\nProblem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues\n Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing\nSoftware Development Discipline\nUnderstanding of the complete software development lifecycle\nExperience with requirements analysis and technical design\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment\nFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)\nUnderstanding of change management processes\nExperience with post-production validation and support\nCommunication & Collaboration\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\nComfortable working with business users, vendors, and vendor
