The Product Specialist is positioned at the intersection of high business proximity and high standardization, serving as a key enabler of ERP product evolution across the organization.\nThe Supply Chain Product Specialist will support the following areas:\nPurchasing\nSourcing\nPurchase Requisitions\nPurchase Orders\nPlanning /MRP\n\n2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDesign and deliver enhancements and process improvements to ERP systems\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, standardized solutions\nEnsure enhancements are aligned with regional and global strategies\nConsolidate local process variants into a shared global ERP template, ensuring consistency across regions and alignment with the target operating model\nAssess and reduce local customizations and deviations, converging them toward standardized and globally supported ERP solutions\nIdentify and eliminate duplicated or overlapping processes and solutions\nProvide expert-level support on complex, non-standard, or recurrent tickets\nAnalyze root causes of recurring issues and convert them into enhancement backlog items\nTransfer knowledge to Second-Level Support through playbooks, guidelines, and documentation\n\n3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation, support, or product management\nDemonstrated experience in driving ERP enhancements and process standardization across multiple regions\nTrack record of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions\nTechnical Expertise\nOracle E-Business Suite - Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience\nServiceNow - Proficiency in ticket management, workflows, and knowledge base management\n SharePoint - Experience with documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing platforms\nUnderstanding of ERP convergence methodologies and global template design\nProfessional Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes\nExcellent communication skills with ability to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams\nConsultative mindset with ability to provide structured, expert-level guidance\nAbility to balance regional business needs with global standardization objectives\nProject management skills with ability to manage multiple enhancement initiatives simultaneously\nKnowledge transfer and mentoring capabilities (for Senior level)\n\n6.
