delivery.\nMentor and guide junior developers on Windchill customization and deployment standards.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\n Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in PTC Windchill PDMLink (10.x / 11.x / 12.x or higher).\n Core PLM Skills: Windchill Customization (API, OOTB, UI, Server-Side), Configuration, Integration, and Administration.\n Programming: Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, J2EE), SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.\nWindchill Components: Form Processors, Custom Actions, Listeners, Validators, Filters, Table Builders, Data Utilities, Business Rules, and Preferences.\nWorkflow & Lifecycle: Expertise in Workflow development, Lifecycle configuration, and Change Management processes.\n Integration: Experience with ERP integrations (SAP preferred), Info*Engine tasks, REST/SOAP services, and PDM Link.\nBuild & Deployment: Proficiency with Apache, Tomcat, ANT/Maven, and CCD build packaging.\nDatabases: Working knowledge of Oracle or
