The role will ensure that the proposed solutions are technically sound, cost-efficient, and tailored to meet customer needs, especially in cases where standard products do not fully align with project requirements.\nResponsibilities, duties, and tasks:\nAnalyzes customer RFQs and assists in product selection based on application requirements.\nProvides technical support to Sales and Pre-Sales teams throughout the quotation phase.\nDesigns and configures customized solutions (ETO) when standard offers are not suitable.\nEnsures compliance with relevant certifications and regulations, working closely with internal engineering and quality teams.\nPrepares technical documentation, including datasheets and solution descriptions, and provides support to both project and production teams.\nPresents technical solutions to Sales colleagues and, when necessary, directly to customers.\nDelivers product training sessions and creates technical presentations for both internal and external audiences.\nMonitors market trends and competitors’ offerings, contributing insights for continuous product improvement.\nEnsures alignment with quality standards, commercial regulations, and internal processes.\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
