network-related issues affecting UPS performance.\nAssist in the configuration and commissioning of new UPS installations.\nPreventive Maintenance:\nConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on UPS systems to ensure optimal performance.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including any repairs or replacements.\nCustomer Interaction:\nCommunicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.\nTrain customers on the proper use and maintenance of UPS systems.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\nPrepare detailed reports of service visits, including diagnostic findings, actions taken, and recommendations for future maintenance.\nMaintain up-to-date documentation of all service activities and customer interactions.\nTechnical Training and Development:\nStay current with the latest developments in UPS technology and industry best practices.\nParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.\nCompliance and Safety:\nAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all service activities.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/Electronics Engineering.\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UPS systems support or a related field.\nExperience with Vertiv Products is preferable.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong understanding of electrical and electronics principles and UPS technology.\nProficiency in diagnosing and repairing UPS systems.\nFamiliarity with network protocols and remote monitoring tools.\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.\nWork Environment:\nThe position may require travel to customer sites and may involve working in various environmental conditions.\nFlexibility to work outside regular business hours for emergency support and maintenance activities.\nAdditional Requirements:\nAbility to
