Your expertise in BIM software, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment will be essential for excelling in this role.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCreate and prepare 3D BIM models and deliverables with a high degree of accuracy that reflect the client's design intent, ensuring alignment with Vertiv standards, client requirements, and the associated BIM processes and documentation.\nCreate plans, sections, elevations, 3D ISO views, and schedules for coordination, installation, and as-built documentation.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain BIM models that accurately represent project designs and data.\nCoordinate busbar services within multidisciplinary BIM models to identify and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and potential conflicts in design and construction.\nManage BIM workflows and processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to established BIM standards and protocols.\nAssist in the creation and maintenance of BIM content libraries, templates, and families for efficient model development.\nGenerate clash detection reports and work with project teams to facilitate issue resolution and coordination efforts.\nExtract accurate quantities and data from BIM models for cost estimation, scheduling, and other project-related purposes.\nCollaborate with BIM managers and project managers to ensure BIM deliverables align with project timelines and objectives.\nProvide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes, promoting proper usage and adherence to standards.\nStay up to date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in BIM methodology and software.\nParticipate in regular meetings and communication channels to facilitate effective collaboration among project stakeholders.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHold qualification (or relevant experience) related to the post in Revit, 3D CAD, or an equivalent.\nProven experience (1+ years) in BIM coordination and working with BIM software tools like ACC/Forma.\nProficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools.\nStrong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and protocols i.e ISO19650\nPrevious knowledge of busbar systems will be an advantage but not a requirement, as specific training on our products and BIM libraries will be provided as part of the role.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nEffective communication and interpersonal abilities.\nFamiliarity with construction and design processes.\nAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.\nExperience with clash detection and resolution processes.\nKnowledge of quantity extraction and data management from BIM
