open projects, and SLA adherence via Sigma tracker\nStandardize capacity information gathering processes across business units\nDrive process improvements to reduce bid speed cycle time (target: same-day turnaround)\nCommunicate directly with Sales on capacity status for urgent/large deals\nManage team workload, assign capacity owners to projects, and ensure coverage\nSupport GSA capacity agreements and reservation processes\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Pricing, Sales, Operations, Plant Scheduling) to resolve capacity constraints\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field\n5-8 years of experience in capacity planning, production planning, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment\nExperience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred) and planning tools (CyberPlan, Cybertec, or similar)\nStrong understanding of manufacturing scheduling, ATP logic, and demand class management\nExperience working across multiple product lines or business units\nProficiency in CPQ systems and quoting workflows preferred\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management
