Whether you are an experienced CNC Machinist, CNC Setup Operator, or a developing CNC Operator looking to grow your skills, we have opportunities available. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment, performing quality inspections, reading blueprints, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, cutting, and machining operations.\nLoad materials, monitor machine performance, and make adjustments as needed.\nRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.\nInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.\nPerform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.\nMaintain quality, safety, and 5S standards.\nCollaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to meet production goals.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nCNC manufacturing experience required; opportunities available for different skill and experience levels.\nAbility to read blueprints and technical drawings.\nExperience using precision measuring instruments.\nStrong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.\nCNC setup, tool offsets, and metal fabrication experience preferred for advanced-level positions.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods.\nLift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.\nPerform repetitive tasks and work safely around manufacturing equipment.\nAt Vertiv, we offer the stability of a global leader in a growing industry and the opportunity of a startup.
