Position Summary The CNC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CNC machining department at the Georgetown facility. This role leads a team of CNC machinists and operators, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The CNC Supervisor reports directly to Plant Manager and plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement across machining operations. This is a high-visibility leadership role that directly impacts facility performance, on-time delivery, and operational excellence. This role is supporting our 1st shift operations Essential Duties & Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise, coach, and develop a team of CNC machinists and operators on 1st shift, including performance management, training, scheduling, and career development. Production Management Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily machining operations to meet production schedules, delivery commitments, and quality standards; adjust staffing and resources as needed to respond to fluctuating demand.
