This role partners closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HRBP’s, Finance, and Travel/Expense teams to ensure seamless candidate experience, accurate recruiting data management, and timely processing of interview travel, expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.\nThis position is critical to maintaining recruiting process integrity, data accuracy, and executive-level visibility into engineering hiring activity through dashboards and reporting.\nThis position will be based onsite at Vertiv’s HQ location at 505 N. Cleveland Ave., Westerville, OH 43082.\nResponsibilities:\nRecruiting Systems & Data Management:\nMaintain and audit recruiting data within Vertiv’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruiting tools to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting readiness.\nSupport requisition lifecycle activities, including requisition setup, status updates, interview status tracking, and candidate dispositioning for Engineering roles.\nPartner with Recruiters to ensure clean data inputs for headcount tracking, aging reports, and compliance requirements.\nData Analysis, Reporting & Dashboards:\nBuild, maintain, and refresh recruiting reports using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation).\nDevelop and update PowerPoint dashboards used for leadership reviews, engineering hiring updates, and workforce planning discussions.\nTrack key recruiting metrics such as requisition aging, interview activity, offer progress, and candidate pipeline health for Engineering roles.\nInterview Coordination & Candidate Experience:\nCoordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones for Engineering candidates, including panels and virtual interviews.\nServe as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and a positive Vertiv candidate experience.\nManage interview logistics, confirmations, calendar invites, and last-minute changes with discretion and urgency.\nCandidate Travel, Expenses & Financial Processing:\nCoordinate candidate travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, and itineraries, in alignment with Vertiv travel policies.\nProvide guidance to candidates on interview expense submission and reimbursement processes.\nReview, reconcile, and track candidate interview expenses to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.\nOwn invoice processing, including reviewing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely submission.\nCreate and manage purchase orders (POs) related to recruiting services, travel, or vendors; partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure proper coding and approvals.\nRequirements:\n2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition support role. \nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas; demonstrated experience maintaining and analyzing recruiting data. \nExperience creating PowerPoint presentations or dashboards for business or leadership audiences. \nProven experience coordinating candidate interviews and managing candidate logistics in a fast-paced environment. \nFamiliarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or similar). \nExperience handling expenses, invoices, and/or purchase orders in partnership with Finance or Accounts Payable. \nExceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.\nPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience supporting Engineering, Technical, or IT recruiting. \nExposure to workforce planning, requisition aging analysis, or recruiting KPI tracking. \nExperience working in a matrixed, global environment.\n\nKey Competencies:\nData accuracy and process discipline\nHigh-touch candidate service mindset\nFinancial and operational accountability\nStrong written and verbal communication\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nComfortable working with confidential information\n#LI-RB1","description_format":"text","description_chars":4101,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Servers & Data Center Hardware","Power Supplies & Power Electronics","HVAC & Refrigeration"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T06:19:53Z"}],"liveness":{"score":19,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.342,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":4,"expected_fill_days":3,"reasons":["conf:8","stale_co","velocity","win:tail","comp:junior,brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-30T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/vertiv-contract-recruiting-coordinatoranalyst-engineering-and-it","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/vertiv-contract-recruiting-coordinatoranalyst-engineering-and-it.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-30T06:26:36Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4508,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":492,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-01T00:00:00Z"}}}
