The position collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights and scalable reporting capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Analyse, prepare data, and create reports for executive and project-level stakeholders\n- Prepare data, KPIs, and metrics for executive reports and presentations\n- Create various reports and dashboards for project management and executive reporting\n- Design report layouts with clear, high-level summaries, KPIs, and graphical presentations\n- Review existing data collection methods and identify continuous improvement opportunities\n- Develop and maintain tables, templates, trackers, and structured data models\n- Implement automation in data collection and reporting processes\n- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting\n- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from structured and unstructured data\n- Support cross-functional teams with reporting and analytical needs\n- Develop and enhance business intelligence solutions and dashboards\n- Apply data transformation, cleansing, and standardization techniques\n- Continuously improve reporting processes for speed, quality, and efficiency\nQualifications\n- Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in data management and analysis\n- Strong experience with databases; relational databases preferred\n- Strong ability to summarize and interpret data and recognize trends and patterns\n- Experience with project reporting and executive-level reporting\n- Advanced user of Excel and Office tools\n- Experience with PowerQuery, Power BI, and similar reporting tools\n- Experience designing reports with strong visualization and presentation capabilities\n- Proficiency in SQL;
