Job Summary: The Director, Engineering Management leads a multi-discipline engineering team responsible for executing engineered-to-order projects and sustaining programs within Vertiv’s Power Management business in the Americas. The leader oversees mechanical and electrical system engineering disciplines - driving on-time engineering release to production while achieving cost, quality, and performance targets. The role carries accountability for evaluating and developing solutions for customer driven modifications to standard and configured products such as UPS, Battery, PDU, RPP, and STS. Operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, this leader collaborates closely with Product Management, Procurement, Quality, Operations, PMO, and Service to deliver solutions for critical infrastructure applications.
