Material Dispatch and Receipt Management\nSupervise material dispatches to subcontractors and ensure timely processing.\nVerify receipt of finished goods and unused materials returned from outsourcing vendors.\nEnsure proper packing, labeling, and traceability of all outsourced materials.\n4. Documentation and ERP Transactions\nEnsure accurate and timely processing of material transfer notes, delivery challans, gate passes, GRNs, and other relevant documents.\nMaintain complete records of materials sent to and received from outsourcing partners.\nUpdate ERP/system transactions related to outsourcing inventory movements.\n5. Team Supervision\nLead and supervise store personnel involved in outsourcing operations.\nAllocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity and performance.\nProvide training and guidance on inventory control, material handling, and document management.\n6.
