Collaborate with power electronics, hardware and test engineers to develop innovative solutions for UPS.\nWhat kind of work will you be doing?\nSoftware development and implementation\nDelivery of C/C++ code for embedded real-time computing systems\nSoftware architecture design\nDSP algorithm design for power converters based on GaN, SiC and Si technologies\nDefinition and realization of complex technological and innovative projects\nParticipation in the maintenance of existing products, including diagnosis and troubleshooting\nCollaboration with hardware and test engineers on the implementation and testing of new devices\nCode optimization\nResponsibility for revision control and documentation (Git)\nDesign reviews\nEnsuring software quality and performance according to project requirements\nCreation of test specifications\nSoftware testing, examination and validation\nExperience in the design of FPGA algorithms for power converters is an advantage\nMentoring junior colleagues within the team\nQualifications:\nBachelor or Master Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering\nMinimum 5+ years of experience\nFluency in software fundamentals including software design and maintainability\nStrong programming skills in C/C++, knowledge of Code Composer Studio development environment\nKnowledge of control theory and digital signal processing\nExperience in developing UPS and power converters is preferred\nKnowledge of working in the Vivado software tool is an advantage\nHaving a good mathematical foundation\nIntegration, problem solving and debugging skills\nAbility to collaborate and communicate complex technical concepts\nAbility to solve problems, proactivity and focus on results\nEnglish minimum B2 level\nWho are we?\nAt Vertiv, we’re on a mission to empower the people that will power the future.
