# EHS Manager

Key DutiesAccountable for establishing regulatory compliance strategies throughout the organization covering environmental management and health and safety. Conduct Risk Assessment and prepare and maintain Risk Assessment Documentation (DVR). Prepare and develop policies and procedures to ensure that safety measures are implemented and maintained throughout the organization. Coordinate prevention and protection activities in collaboration with the Employer, Supervisors, RLS and Competent Doctor. Coordinate occupational hygiene monitoring programs and collaborate with the Competent Doctor on health surveillance. Organize drills and contingency plans. Conduct EHS site inspections and audits to identify safety or environmental issues ensuring corrective actions are taken. Plan and conduct internal EHS audits and support external audits by certification bodies and regulatory authorities. Monitor implementation and effectiveness of audit findings and corrective actions and maintain inspection readiness. Act as the focal point for interface with regulatory agencies.
