The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities Electrical AssemblyPerform electrical wiring and assembly of GFCIs, receptacles, load centers, GenPlugs, and related electrical components.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.\nUnderstand electrical load and line configurations.\nIdentify and properly select different wire gauges based on application requirements.\nComplete electrical connections and wiring according to established specifications and safety standards.\nTroubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues as needed.\nMechanical AssemblyAssemble components using hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, ratchets, drills, and battery-powered impacts.\nRead and interpret assembly blueprints and work instructions.\nPerform various stages of assembly, including preparation and final assembly.\nEnsure completed assemblies meet quality and production requirements.\nMaintain an organized and safe work area.\nGeneral Production ResponsibilitiesWrap and prepare finalized assemblies for shipment.\nLoad and unload incoming and outgoing trucks using a pallet jack.\nEmpty garbage and maintain cleanliness by removing daily production waste.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nAdapt to changing priorities and production demands, including working in rushed or high-volume situations.\nWork an 8-10 hour shift, with occasional weekend work as production needs require.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support production and shipping operations.\nRequired Qualifications Previous electrical assembly experience is strongly preferred and may be required.\nExperience wiring GFCIs, receptacles, load centers, GenPlugs, or similar electrical components.\nAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.\nUnderstanding of electrical loads, line configurations, and wire gauges.\nPrevious mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to read assembly blueprints or technical drawings.\nExperience operating hand and power tools.\nAbility to safely operate a pallet jack or willingness to learn.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to adapt to changing production demands and priorities.\nPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to frequently use hand and power tools.\nAbility to lift, move, and position materials and components as required.\nAbility to load and unload materials using a pallet jack.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment for extended shifts of 8-10 hours.\nAbility to work occasional weekends based on production requirements.\nWork EnvironmentThis position is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where production priorities and workloads may change throughout the day.
