The role requires ensuring maximum equipment uptime, meeting SLA commitments, and providing excellent customer service at data centers, telecom sites, IT facilities, and commercial establishments.\nKey Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning\nPerform installation, testing, and commissioning of PAC units and associated cooling systems.\nVerify site readiness and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and safety requirements.\nConduct performance testing and prepare commissioning reports.\nCoordinate with project teams, customers, and subcontractors during project execution.\nPreventive Maintenance\nExecute scheduled preventive maintenance activities for PAC units, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, condensers, CDU, FWU, and related systems.\nInspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, control panels, sensors, and refrigerant circuits.\nSubmit maintenance reports and recommendations for improving equipment reliability.\nBreakdown & Troubleshooting\nDiagnose and rectify faults in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control systems.\nAnalyze alarms and operational abnormalities using controller logs and monitoring systems.\nEnsure timely closure of breakdown calls as per SLA commitments.\nSupport emergency and critical site requirements during breakdown situations.\nCustomer Support\nProvide technical support and guidance to customers.\nMaintain professional communication during service visits.\nEnsure customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.\nPrepare service reports and obtain customer sign-off upon activity completion.\nSpare Parts & Inventory Management\nIdentify and recommend replacement parts and consumables.\nMaintain service inventory and tools in good condition.\nSupport quotation preparation for repairs and spare replacement requirements.\nSafety & Compliance\nFollow all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.\nEnsure proper usage of PPE during service activities.\nMaintain compliance with customer safety regulations and permit systems.\nReport unsafe conditions and incidents immediately.\nRequired Qualifications\nDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.\nITI (RAC/Electrical) with relevant experience may also be considered.\nExperience\n2 to 8 years of experience in HVAC, Precision Cooling, or Critical Cooling Systems.\nExperience in data centers, telecom infrastructure, IT facilities, healthcare facilities, or commercial buildings preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nGood understanding of refrigeration cycle and HVAC principles.\nExperience with:Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) Units\nCRAC / CRAH Systems\nChilled Water Systems\nDX Cooling Systems\nAir-Cooled and Water-Cooled Condensers\nCDU and FWU Systems\n\nAbility to troubleshoot:Compressors\nEEV/TEV Valves\nRefrigerant Circuits\nPLC and Microprocessor Controllers\nElectrical Panels and Drives\nSensors and Communication Networks\n\nKnowledge of refrigerants and safe handling procedures.\nFamiliarity with BMS and remote monitoring systems.\nKey
