He/She is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, sales managers, distributors and others within the field; maintain ongoing communication with scheduling teams and the line/department Manager\nResponsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:\n(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)\nRespond in a professional manner to all assigned service calls while on duty. \nPerform all work in a safe manner and in accordance with established company safety policy.\nPerform all work using good working practice and current codes of practice/legislation relevant to assigned task.\nAssist in ensuring that the planned maintenance completion rate is maintained at a min 90%.\nKeep scheduling team informed of changes to your schedule and the status of all open jobs.\nMaintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting errors with the site change form.\nClose tasks in Oracle Mobile Field Service (MFS) daily and weekly paperwork in a timely, accurate and complete manner.\nCreate reports using FieldDB system and ensure regular synchronization.\nReport sales or service leads to the proper department via the correct process.\nSupport company vision and management decisions.\nUse email and other Office based programs to maintain/enhance communications processes.\nEnsure that all Vertiv processes are followed.\nKeep company vehicle clean and properly maintained.\nProtect all tooling and company property issued.\nWork as part of the service team and support business needs.\nTake an active role in the callout rota.\nQualifications:\nRequired/ Minimum Qualifications:\nNVQ Level 1 & 2, or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.\nCity and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling, Subscribed to ACRIB.\nAdditional / Preferred Qualifications:\nExcellent computer skills.\nPrevious environmental service experience.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nSelf-starter, ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively.\nClean valid driving license.\nPhysical & Environmental Requirements: -
