With guided supervision and sometimes limited product specifications, can fully support and manage both local and remote documentation projects from start to finish.\nResponsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:\n(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)\nResearches, writes and edits various product documentation for advanced technology products in English language.\nGathers technical information proactively. Research available engineering information. Interviews engineers and other technical personnel to ensure the clarity, completeness, accuracy and quality of the documents created. \nAssembles documentation in correct Vertiv or OEM format, keeping structure, content and organization consistent with established standards and styles. \nDevelops online help, API documentation and Command Reference Guides for software applications per established standards, styles and guidelines. \nAble to manage multiple complex project schedules across multiple product lines and businesses.\nOther duties as assigned. \nQualifications:\nRequired/ Minimum Qualifications:\nMinimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSC- any stream/BCA or equivalent degree). Additional degrees/certifications in professional writing, technical writing, digital writing/communications, journalism or English are preferred.
