teams to maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.\nSupport risk assessments and corrective actions related to facility infrastructure and utility systems.\nParticipate in emergency preparedness, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.\nEnsure compliance with fire protection, electrical, environmental, and building code requirements.\nReliability & Continuous Improvement\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve facility reliability and reduce downtime.\nConduct root cause analysis for facility and utility failures and implement corrective actions.\nSupport Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives related to facility operations and maintenance.\nDrive projects that improve energy efficiency, sustainability, equipment reliability, and operational performance.\nVendor & Contractor Management\nManage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and utility vendors.\nEvaluate contractor performance, safety compliance, and service quality.\nReview technical proposals and provide recommendations for facility-related investments and projects.\nCoordinate contractor activities to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.\nFinancial Management\nSupport development and management of facility operating and capital budgets.\nIdentify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to utilities, maintenance, and facility operations.\nPrepare business cases and ROI analyses for facility upgrades and infrastructure investments.\nMonitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.\nOperational Support\nProvide technical support for manufacturing and business operations related to facility systems.\nSupport installation and commissioning of new production equipment requiring facility modifications.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams to ensure facility readiness for new products and production capacity increases.\nSupport audits, inspections, and customer visits related to facility operations.\nQualifications Education\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.\nExperience\n3+ years of experience in Facilities Engineering, Plant Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.\nExperience managing building systems, utilities, infrastructure projects, and contractor activities.\nExperience supporting manufacturing facilities in HVAC, industrial, automotive, electronics, data center cooling, or related industries preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of facility systems including electrical, HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, fire protection, and building infrastructure.\nExperience with facility construction, renovation, and capital projects.\nKnowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.\nFamiliarity with energy management and sustainability programs.\nExperience with AutoCAD, project management software, and facility management systems preferred.\nWorking knowledge of applicable building, electrical, mechanical, and safety codes.\nExperience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools preferred.\nCompetencies\nStrong project management skills.\nTechnical problem-solving and analytical
