This role is essential in guaranteeing that workflow, product quality is transferred from the factory to the site. Factory to site coordinator is site crew eyes and ears in the factory and the main point of contact.\nResponsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:\n(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)\nSupporting design, deployment engineering and R&D through knowledge and experience.\nSupporting production supervisors and factory foremen through knowledge and experience.\nPreparing project site execution in the factory.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and warehouse, logistic to ensure successful project transition.\nBeing a link between factory and site management regarding work material, schedule, quality, observations tracking, packing and logistic.\nTracking factory works, material lists and packing during assembly phase.\nCoordination between factory and site. \nPrepare detailed progression reports to share it with PM and Construction manager.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices.\nGiving feedback to stakeholders and LL presentations.\nClose collaboration with warehouse and logistic and feedback to the site team.\nQualifications:\nRequired/ Minimum Qualifications:\nHigh school degree in civil engineering or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in the field.\nAdditional / Preferred Qualifications: -\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nWillingness to do overtime and weekend work at the factory.\nWillingness to travel to project sites as required.\nGood written and verbal communication and language skills.\nMinimum B2 English level.\nPhysical & Environmental Requirements: - (To be used majorly for manufacturing jobs.)\nThis position involves a combination of mostly factory work, office work, and occasional on-site travel at various project locations. The successful candidate must be able to work in different environments and adapt to changing conditions.
