Your voice matters, your growth is prioritized, and your success is celebrated. \nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nWe are seeking an experienced candidate to join the Invoicing Operations team as a Coordinator II. This role is responsible for supporting daily invoicing activities, ensuring accurate and timely billing, resolving invoice-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business requirements.\nKey Role Responsibilities\nCoordinate and process daily invoicing activities accurately and within established timelines.\nReview billing information and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.\nInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, billing issues, and customer inquiries.\nPartner with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve invoicing and account-related matters.\nMonitor outstanding invoicing activities and follow up on pending items to ensure timely completion.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established processes and controls.\nIdentify process gaps and opportunities to improve invoicing efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.\nSupport reporting, reconciliations, and other operational activities as required.\nEnsure compliance with established policies, procedures, and service-level requirements.\nSupport process changes, audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and other business projects as needed.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nStrong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility to learn and effectively use ERP, invoicing, and financial systems.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong customer-service mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated commitment to process compliance, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality service.\nRequired Experience\nRelevant experience in invoicing, billing, finance operations, order-to-cash, accounts receivable, or a related business operations function.\nExperience handling high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.\nExperience investigating and resolving discrepancies, billing issues, or operational concerns.\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver results with minimal supervision.\nFor internal candidates, demonstrated strong performance, reliability, accountability, and consistent adherence to company policies and processes.\nPreferred Attributes\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
