Not affecting electrical test requirements or assembly process cycle time.\nProvide training, coaching and assistance to Test Technicians for the right use of equipment and understanding of processes.\nDeveloping of Technician Certification programs.\nProvide any assistance needed on solving equipment or manufacturing line problem.\nAssist on product’s failure analysis.\nDefine disposition to defective products or materials (to be returned to a supplier or to be junked).\nSupport TL 9000 and ISO 9000 Quality International standards.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nPC working knowledge (MS Office, PDM system, CADD, Minitab)\n\n3+ years of proven experience on electronics circuit boards, electrical/electronic failure analysis and electrical/electronic equipment problem solving.\n\nKnowledge of electrical/electronic equipment maintenance.\n\nKnowledge of assembly and configuration processes\n\nFully teamwork oriented.\n\nBilingual 80%\n\nSelf-motivated, make things happen, take owner and leadership.\n\nHas de ability to prioritize and work critical issues first.\n\nProblem solving techniques.\n\nEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS\nBS Degree in Electronics is a must.\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
