The project will cover the HR data population assigned and documented at project commencement and any agreed adjustments to such scope during the project.\n1. Project Baseline and Data Assessment\n100% of the assigned project population inventoried and assessed for completeness, accuracy and data-quality issues, with identified exceptions recorded in the project tracker.\n2. Data Validation\n100% of records within the assigned project scope reviewed and validated, with identified discrepancies either corrected, where authorized and supported by appropriate documentation, or recorded as exceptions requiring stakeholder action.\n3. Data Quality Achievement\nAchieve at least 99% accuracy for records completed under the project, based on agreed quality-check methodology, with remaining exceptions documented and traceable.\n4. Reconciliation and Exception Closure\nComplete reconciliation of the assigned data population, with 100% of unresolved items documented, including status, reason for non-resolution, dependency and responsible stakeholder/action owner.\n5.
