Education\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.\nExperience\n4+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Excellence, or a related manufacturing environment.\nExperience in HVAC, Liquid Cooling, industrial manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or high-volume production environments preferred.\nExperience in labor planning, productivity analysis, and facility layout design.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and work measurement techniques.\nExperience conducting time studies, labor standards development, and capacity planning.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing performance metrics.\nAdvanced Excel and data analysis skills.\nExperience with AutoCAD, Visio, or layout design software preferred.\nKnowledge of Value Stream Mapping, PFMEA, and process improvement tools.\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nData-driven decision-making ability.\nProject management and organizational
