This role requires a seasoned professional who can drive complex projects from conception through completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.\nWhat kind of work will you be doing?\nLead end-to-end project management for large-scale infrastructure projects including new construction, expansions, renovations, and retrofits of warehouses, manufacturing plants, and industrial facilities\nDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for projects ranging from $5M to $100M+\nCollaborate with Finance teams on capital planning, budget forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for infrastructure investments\nManage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables, schedule adherence, and cost control\nPartner with business executives and senior leadership to align facility projects with organizational strategy, growth plans, and operational requirements\nOversee procurement processes including RFP development, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management\nCoordinate with internal infrastructure and engineering teams on mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), structural, and civil design requirements\nEnsure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and corporate policies\nManage project risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution across all phases of the project lifecycle\nProvide regular project status reporting to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership presentations\nDrive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, standards, and best practices across the facilities portfolio\nManage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget targets \nWhat will make you successful?\nMinimum 8 years of progressive project management experience in infrastructure/facilities within a large-scale organization\nDemonstrated experience managing projects specific to warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and large-scale industrial environments\nProven track record of cross-functional collaboration with:- Finance and capital planning teams\n- Infrastructure and engineering departments\n- General contractors and construction teams\n- External vendors and suppliers\n- Business executives and senior leadership\n\nExperience managing project budgets of $10M+ with accountability for cost control and financial performance\nStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, building systems, and industrial facility requirements\nProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar)\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to travel to project sites as required (up to 25-40%)\nPreferred Requirements:\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification\nExperience with automation, robotics integration, or advanced manufacturing facility buildouts\nFamiliarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems\nIf YOU are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment!\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
