and governance alignment across all product lines (Ignition, CyberPlan - APS, Brick - legacy MES, WMS, TMS, QMS).\nKey Duties\nData Analytics & Reporting\nProvide data analytics and reporting for the IT SC & MES portfolio across all regions and product lines.\nTrack deployment progress, resource utilization, and milestone adherence across 30+ manufacturing plants.\nCoordinate cross-regional reporting and status consolidation for leadership reviews.\nBuild and maintain executive dashboards providing visibility into throughput, delivery, and quality trends.\nInvestment Planning & Business Case Support\nSupport investment planning and business case development for new deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.\nPerform scenario planning and what-if analysis to support prioritization decisions during planning cycles.\nTrack budget utilization vs. forecast and flag variances for leadership attention.\nProgram Governance & Documentation\nMaintain program documentation and governance artifacts across all product lines.\nDrive process standardization for IT SC & MES operations globally.\nSupport audit and compliance documentation requirements.\nMaintain risk register and mitigation tracking, escalating critical items proactively.\nVendor & Operational Support\nSupport vendor performance tracking and contract management.\nEnable data-driven decision-making for leadership through structured inputs and analysis.\nCoordinate with BRMs and regional teams for consolidated reporting cadence.\nSupport preparation of materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and monthly reviews.\nQualification and Experience\nRequired\n4-7 years of experience in IT program analytics, PMO, or business analyst roles within IT or Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.\nStrong analytical skills with ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.\nExperience building executive dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar.\nExperience tracking multi-project portfolios across geographies.\nStrong documentation, process standardization, and governance skills.\nExcellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.\nPreferred\nExperience in manufacturing IT environments (SACDA, MES, APS, ERP, WMS, supply chain systems).\nFamiliarity with Agile/Lean delivery methodologies.\nExperience with project/portfolio management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or similar).\nKnowledge of Industry 4.0 / Digital Factory concepts.\nBackground in multi-regional / multiplant IT operations support.\nKey Performance Indicators\nReporting accuracy and timeliness (weekly/monthly cadence adherence).\nDeployment milestone tracking accuracy vs. actuals.\nInvestment forecast accuracy vs. actual utilization.\nProcess documentation completeness and currency.\nStakeholder satisfaction with governance
