This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring that project outcomes are delivered with quality and aligned to agreed objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Project Manager oversees projects from initiation through closure. This includes defining project scope, building project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and maintaining clear governance throughout the project lifecycle.\nThe role works closely with sponsors, business stakeholders, team members, vendors, and leadership to align priorities, remove obstacles, and support timely decision-making. The Project Manager ensures that deliverables, dependencies, risks, and success criteria remain visible and actively managed.\nThis position is responsible for maintaining project documentation and reporting, facilitating meetings, managing changes, and driving accountability across the team. The role also supports issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement throughout delivery.\nPrimary Duties\nLead projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget expectations.\nDevelop and maintain core project artifacts such as the project charter, schedule, status reports, risk and issue logs, action trackers, and meeting documentation.\nManage cross-functional teams composed of internal staff, consultants, vendors, and third-party implementation partners. The role coordinates accountability across technical, functional, and business workstreams.\nMonitor project performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk targets, and escalate concerns when needed.\nManage stakeholder communications, including project updates, governance meetings, and executive reporting.\nFacilitate planning sessions, status meetings, decision reviews, and lessons learned discussions.\nSupport change control by assessing impacts, documenting requests, and coordinating approvals.\nIdentify risks and issues early, drive mitigation planning, and track actions through resolution.\nEnsure successful handoff, transition, and closure activities at the end of the project.\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, business, project management, finance, or a related field.\n5-7+ years of experience in IT Project Management with experience managing ERP, manufacturing projects and new product development projects. \nExperience working with senior leaders to support strategic planning, funding decisions, and cross-functional prioritization.\nFamiliarity with project, program, and product delivery methods across waterfall, agile, and hybrid environments.\nStrong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. \nExcellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-support skills.\nCertification in PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent\nExperience with enterprise PPM tools.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, inspire collaboration, and navigate cultural and geographic diversity\nExperience navigating a global organization\nThis role is in the office 5 days per week with the potential for domestic/international
