It is expected to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision and coaching. Will support the NPDI projects developing reliable and accurate designs for water Chiller products.\nResponsabilities:\nContribute to the design of chiller products developing structural sheet metal parts and HVAC piping including refrigerant and hydraulic.\nCreate and maintain 3D assembly models in Creo.\nDevelop 3D parts and create required documentations 2D drawings or 3D Model Based Definitions (PVZ’s).\nPrepare and maintain BOM. \nContribute and collaborate with electrical and thermal engineers to develop new solutions for chiller water systems.\nSelections of materials and hardware. Keep communication with suppliers.\nSupport prototype builds and validation testing, manufacturing, quality issues and improvements. \nUnder mentoring, will develop skillsets focused on thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. \nQUALIFICATIONS\nMechanical Engineering knowledge Sheet Metal design. \nMechanical assembly.\nWelding / Brazing.\nPiping\n\n3-5 years of experience mechanical design preferably on HVAC or refrigeration.\nCAD - Medium to Expert.
