Position Overview\nSet up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., fiber or CO₂ lasers) to cut sheet metal components.\nInterpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.\nLoad and unload raw materials (sheet metal) onto the laser bed.\nMonitor machine operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.\nInspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure specifications are met.\nPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of laser equipment\nAdjust machine settings such as speed, power, and focus to optimize cutting performance.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.\nFollow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.\nCollaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to meet production goals.
