and Strainers\nEvaluate pressure drop, flow distribution, NPSH, and pump operating envelopes.\nDefine operational limits including: \nCooling capacity\nATD\nFlow loading\nTemperature ranges\nGlycol concentrations\nModelling & Simulation\nKnowledge of - CFD tools, MATLAB, Simulink1D Flow Network Model, CAD, Will be added advantage, Refrigeration Cycle Simulation\nDevelop and validate system models against physical test data.\nCreate correction-factor methodologies and system performance prediction tools.\nSupport digital twin and predictive engineering initiatives.\nProduct Validation & Qualification\nDefine DVT and regulatory test plans.\nLead system qualification activities.\nCorrelate test results with analytical models.\nInvestigate performance deviations and root causes.\nDrive reliability growth and design robustness.\nControls & System Integration\nWork closely with controls and software teams.\nDefine control sequences for: \nPump modulation\nFlow control\nTemperature control\nRedundancy management\nFault detection\nValidate system operation during transient and fault conditions.\nReliability & Serviceability\nDrive serviceability-focused designs.\nConduct: \nDFMEA\nDesign Reviews\nRisk Assessments\nFailure Analysis\nImprove MTBF and field reliability.\nDevelop innovative maintenance and modular service concepts.\nProduct Development Leadership\nParticipate in New Product Development (NPD) programs.\nMentor design engineers and SMEs.\nInterface with suppliers for component evaluation and qualification.\nSupport manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and field service teams.\nInnovation & Intellectual Property\nIdentify patentable technologies and innovative system solutions.\nDrive invention disclosures and patent filings.\nBenchmark competitors and emerging cooling technologies.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nB.E./B.Tech. or M.E./MTech. in: \nMechanical Engineering\nThermal Engineering\nFluid Engineering\nEnergy Systems\nExperience\n8-10 years of experience in thermal-fluid systems.\n5+ years designing liquid cooling systems/CDUs/chillers/HVAC/ industrial fluid systems.\nExperience with
