Your work will directly contribute to Vertiv’s digital services portfolio, helping to extend service offerings and improve on-site operations and service activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in researching and integrating emerging technologies for cooling maintenance services, including predictive analytics and IoT solutions.\nSupport pilots and implementation of new solutions, working closely with regional service teams to validate proposals and gather feedback.\nCollaborate with internal subject matter experts and external partners (vendors, startups, universities) to advance technology readiness.\nContribute to the creation and execution of strategic roadmaps for maintenance services, aligning with overall business objectives.\nGather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement and promote customer loyalty.\nParticipate in innovation and idea systems, helping to manage and advance new concepts within the service organization.\nFoster strong relationships with customers and internal teams, promoting a customer-centric approach.\nMaintain awareness of regulatory standards and best practices in maintenance services.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence in service delivery.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) preferred.\n3+ years of experience in thermal systems, cooling applications, or UPS maintenance (data center or telecom environments preferred).\nFamiliarity with innovation methodologies (design thinking, lean startup, agile).\nTechnical knowledge relevant to data centers, telecommunications, and power/cooling infrastructure.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nCreativity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team environment.\nWhy Join Vertiv?\nYou’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on developing advanced technology solutions for critical infrastructure.
