In this role, you will use appropriate AI tools to drive efficiencies in the Services Supply Chain.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAnalyze shipping and performance data and provide process improvement solutions for Service Logistics Team.\nDesign, develop, and deploy automated and integrated solutions using AI.\nLead process discovery to analyze business workflows, assess automation suitability, and recommend the appropriate strategy.\nPartner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to maintain alignment on requirements, timelines, and expectations.\nPrepare and deliver presentations, demos, and reports to communicate solution progress, results, and recommendations.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent\n1-3 years related experience required\nHands-on experience using business-specific AI and creating automation solutions using AI\nSupply Chain Business Analytics experience preferred\nVery good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with strong business writing capability.\nExcellent planning, organization, and time management skills, including process mapping.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office productivity tools. \nProcess oriented thinker who believes the right process will bring the right results.\nIntellectual curiosity about determining root causes to solve complex problems.\nStrong attention to detail. Attentive to detail and accuracy, performs quality work, continuously looks for improvements, owns/acts on problems and seeks opportunity to increase effectiveness and efficiency.\nClearly exchanges thoughts, ideas and messages through written, verbal and non-verbal methods that promote an understanding with the target audience. Creates accurate and punctual reports, shares information and ideas with others in a timely manner.
