Your voice matters, your growth is prioritized, and your success is celebrated.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe position exists to manage full string installations, including costing, quotation, order placement, scheduling, shipping, delivery management, and installer coordination to minimize cycle time, inventory levels, and cost, while maximizing customer service.\nKnowledge\nApplies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks.\nThe core duty of the individual that demonstrates and effectively applies depth and breadth of knowledge and skill in a technical or functional area in observable and measurable terms. \nReview customer Purchase Orders submitted by Regional Battery Sales Managers, including battery, freight, disposal, scrap (lead credit), and labor cost requirements.\nProcess order entries and coordinate Credit Department approvals using Oracle CPQ, Oracle EBS, and related business systems to ensure timely and accurate order booking.\nSource batteries and related materials from approved suppliers to support customer demand and project requirements.\nCoordinate with Warehouse, Suppliers, and Planning teams to expedite orders based on customer needs, inventory levels, logistics requirements, and priority commitments.\nProcess and manage supplier purchase orders for drop shipment and RMA transactions, including order tracking and follow-up.\nMaintain accurate sales logs, order records, and operational data within SharePoint, Oracle systems, and other company applications.\nHandle incoming customers and internal calls received through the Full String Queue, ensuring timely response and appropriate follow-up.\nComplexity\nWorks on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution\nRefers to policies and past practices for guidance\nValue-adding activities to provide insightful interface, improved relationships and committed partnership with and for the customers. Successful delivery of this KRA is determined from the perspective of the customer in relation to business results.\nIdentifies customer needs through communication and probing. \nCreates solutions to customer problems. Provide sound recommendations to their queries. Provides resolution the first time.\nAssists customers in handling, servicing, follow-up, communication and closure of issues. Ensures assign transactions are completed within established service level expectations.\nImplements error-proofing method to ensure all transactions done are accurately\nParticipates in conferences calls, meetings and discussions with customers.\nAdheres to shift schedules and attendance expectations to ensure consistent support to customers and a balanced workload for peers\nCoordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers.\nMay monitor team service level and assists in workload distribution\nMay conduct team/functional/business overview presentations during counterpart visits as required by team lead/supervisor.\nMay assist colleagues in answering general escalations from customers\nMay handle specialized queries from customers\nSupervision\nReceives general direction on standard work: receives detailed instruction on new assignments\nConsults with supervisor senior peers on complex and unusual issues.\nPrepares and submits periodic operational reports and transaction metrics as required.\nPlans, executes and manages own workload and projects in cooperation with line leaders.\nAssists in leading team meetings, huddles and information cascades. Communicates with the team on best practices, lessons learned, process and product updates during team huddles/meetings\nAssists in monitoring team mailboxes and routing requests to the appropriate individuals.\nMay be asked to gather and compiles operational data and reports to support leadership decision-making.\nUses effective communication tools like flow charts, process flows, diagrams, etc. to effectively communicate products and processes, convey information and respond to queries/requests coming from different levels.\nContinuous Improvement\nAn ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes, and the integration of these improvements to standard processes and protocols -- can be applied in a micro (Individual improvement) or macro (organization-wide) level.\nIdentifies problems areas and sources, offers possible solutions and escalates to line leaders/seniors when necessary.\nCompletes personal individual development plan and implements agreed training/development activities.\nAssists the team lead in identifying team opportunities and challenges. committees as a contributor.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in business, purchasing, sales, supply chain or logistics, or related discipline\nStrong knowledge of the support (quotation and order entry fulfilment)\n0-1 year of experience focused on coordination of projects\nKnowledgeable of MS Outlook and MS Office applications\nKnowledge in various software applications such as: SharePoint, Oracle, Smartsheet, \nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nExcellent organization and prioritization skills are necessary. \nDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines.\nDetail-oriented\nA team player, with a positive attitude\nExcellent time management and problem-solving skills.\nFluency in written and spoken American English is required.\nKnowledge of US geography and transportation
