1. 产品战略与规划
主导冷水机（Chiller）及冷冻水系统配套产品的产品战略规划与技术路线图制定
统筹冷机产品线的规格定义、性能参数标准化及平台化建设
洞察行业发展趋势与制冷技术演进方向，为公司冷机业务战略提供决策建议
推动冷机产品从开发到成熟的全生命周期管理
2. 竞争分析与市场洞察
主导建立系统化的冷机竞争分析体系，持续输出深度竞争情报
从战略层面分析竞争格局，识别差异化竞争优势与市场机会
指导团队成员开展竞争分析工作，建立分析方法论
3. 客户技术对接与关系管理
主导国内外重点CSP客户的技术对接与方案沟通，建立长期客户信任关系
深度理解客户业务需求，引导客户需求并转化为产品竞争力
代表公司参与客户高层技术交流与战略沟通
4. 跨部门协调与资源整合
统筹协调研发、供应链、销售、全球团队等多方资源，推动复杂项目落地
建立高效的跨部门协作机制，优化产品开发流程
主导关键客户面文档的标准化体系建设
推动冷机产品平台成熟度提升，解决系统性协作问题
5. 项目管理与风险管控
统筹管理多个冷机关键项目，确保整体项目组合的进度与质量
建立项目风险预警机制，主导重大风险的决策与应对
对项目优先级进行评估与资源调配建议
6. 团队赋能
指导和培养初中级产品经理，提升团队整体专业能力
