projects.\nMonitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful implementation.\nQualifications Education\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.\nExperience\n3+ years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Equipment Engineering, or Manufacturing Maintenance.\nExperience in manufacturing environments such as HVAC, Liquid Cooling, metal fabrication, assembly, electronics, automation, or industrial production.\nExperience supporting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.\nExperience with automated equipment, PLC-controlled systems, robotics, or industrial controls is preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.\nExperience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery.\nKnowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes.\nFamiliarity with reliability engineering concepts, TPM, and OEE metrics.\nKnowledge of PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems preferred.\nAbility to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical manuals.\nExperience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and Continuous Improvement
