Operator\nLeadership and coordination of industrial maintenance activities across manufacturing operations.\nMain Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate the maintenance team, assigning activities and setting operational priorities according to production needs.\nDevelop and manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans for production equipment and plant systems.\nEnsure the reliability and availability of mechanical, electrical and industrial automation systems.\nCoordinate the response to breakdowns and technical emergencies, ensuring timely troubleshooting and restoration of equipment.\nManage maintenance activities, work orders, equipment history and planning through the CMMS.\nDefine, monitor and report maintenance KPIs, including equipment availability, planned versus unplanned maintenance, backlog and recurring failures.\nLead Root Cause Analysis and FMEA activities for significant or recurring equipment failures and ensure corrective actions are completed.\nPromote TPM, Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives to increase equipment performance and maintenance efficiency.\nWork cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Health and Safety and Procurement to plan interventions and resolve technical issues.\nCoordinate external contractors, technical suppliers and service providers, monitoring the quality, timing and safety of their work.\nPlan maintenance resources, spare-parts requirements and external support while maintaining appropriate cost control.\nEnsure that maintenance activities comply with company procedures and applicable occupational health and safety requirements.\nSupport the onboarding, technical development and operational training of maintenance personnel.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, efficiency and productivity.\nEssential Requirements\nTechnical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.\nTypically 5-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance or technical service, including responsibility for coordinating a maintenance function or team.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and industrial automation systems.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical drawings.\nExperience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System to plan and track maintenance activities.\nKnowledge of TPM, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, predictive maintenance and maintenance KPI management.\nWorking knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation systems is preferred.\nStrong leadership, planning and team-coordination skills.\nAbility to manage priorities, solve technical problems and work effectively under pressure.\nEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nGood understanding of occupational health and safety requirements in an industrial environment.\nLanguages: Italian and
