Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production equipment, helping to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement across the site.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values engineering expertise, problem-solving, and innovation, where no two days are the same.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance activities, including:\nDeveloping and carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.\nDiagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.\nConducting root cause analysis to identify and eliminate recurring issues.\nSupporting continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and performance.\nMaintaining accurate maintenance records, service logs, and calibration documentation.\nLiaising with OEMs and specialist contractors when required.\nSupporting the implementation of TPM and 5S initiatives.\nMaintaining and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.\nResponding quickly to breakdowns and supporting production teams to minimize downtime.\nEnsuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations, including PUWER and LOLER.\nManaging spare parts inventory and technical documentation.\nTraining and supporting operators with daily equipment checks and basic maintenance activities.\nPlease note the above duties and responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list.
