The role will be managing a pool of analysts supporting the various sales and operations programs allowing for knowledge transfer, contingency planning, and career growth.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAct as data analytics champion and business partner, advancing the relevance of data analytics in strategic planning and informed business decisions across sales, operations, and functional leadership\nWork closely with the sales, operations, and other functional leaders to identify and address gaps in data analytics\nDesign, build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.\nEnsure accuracy of data and timeliness of deliverables\nVisualize and communicate data-driven stories followed by clear insights and recommendations\nContinuously manage and optimize processes through technology and reviews allowing the team to accomplish more with the same and achieve operational agility as the business continues to evolve\nDevelop and implement data integrity controls and standards\nTrain stakeholders on various data analytics tools / systems developed and educate them on how to leverage these to manage their respective businesses. \nInspire, lead, and grow a team of analysts that will support the team’s initiatives\nThis role serves as the supply-side lead in the team's demand-supply operating model, managing the analyst pool to deliver against prioritized business requirements.\nManage analyst capacity and resource allocation across multiple concurrent programs and stakeholders, ensuring balanced workload and timely delivery.\nExplore and champion AI-driven analytics, automation tools, and emerging technologies to enhance team productivity and insight quality\nPlan and implement team engagement and retention strategies fostering a high-performance culture\nIdentify and develop internal talent pipelines through structured mentoring, skills development, and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and reduce key-person dependencies.\nOther functions related to business analytics, reporting, data management, process improvements and automation, and sales operations and support.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n10+ years relevant work experience with proven track record on:Data management and governance: turning data from multiple sources into actionable insights\nWorking closely across all levels of the organization, functions, and countries\nEmploying technology in improving processes and deliverables\nAbility to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and deliverables within expected timelines and accuracy, and prioritize tasks accordingly\nManaging a team of analysts and developing their technical skills and business acumen\nProficiency in BI/analytics platforms (i.e., Power BI, Snowflake), CRM systems (i.e., Oracle Sales Cloud Redwood), advanced Excel/data tools, and data engineering/programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, DAX).\nBachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field;
