successful implementation of process improvements.\nQualifications Education\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related technical field.\nExperience\n2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or related manufacturing environment.\nExperience in HVAC, Liquid Cooling, thermal management, metal fabrication, sheet metal, assembly, welding, brazing, painting, fastening, electronics, or similar manufacturing processes preferred.\nExperience supporting production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly operations.\nFamiliarity with HVAC and/or Liquid Cooling products, heat exchangers, cooling systems, or thermal management solutions is preferred.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems.\nWorking knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, or Creo preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.\nFamiliarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Core Quality Tools.\nBasic knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical and
