This role involves the assessment, analysis, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure the consistent production of high-quality components.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nMonitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. \nConduct inspections, audits, and tests of components \nAnalyze and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary. \nDevelop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and testing. \nReview product designs, specifications, and production methods to ensure quality standards are integrated from the beginning. Work with engineering and production teams to optimize production methods and quality standards. \nConduct root cause analysis of quality problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. \nCollaborate with clients and external partners to ensure product quality and resolve quality concerns promptly. \nSupervise and mentor quality technicians, providing guidance on testing, inspections, and reporting. \nDevelop and deliver training programs to educate production staff and quality technicians on quality standards and best practices. \nMaintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards. \nPrepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and improvement initiatives. \nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. \nMinimum of 4-8 years of experience in a quality engineering role, ideally within the HVAC, thermal systems, or assembly component industries. \nExperience in supervising quality technicians and leading quality improvement initiatives. \nKnowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASQ certifications, and other relevant industry standards. \nExperience with statistical analysis, process control techniques, and root cause analysis methods \nPHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS\nThe role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams. \nRequired to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols. \nThe role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer. \nOccasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits. \nWork is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting. \nTIME TRAVEL REQUIRED\nTravel to different office or plants locations, client sites, or conferences may be necessary.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
