They also facilitate classroom discussions, run lab work, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide feedback to associates. They collaborate with stakeholders, and subject matter experts, maintaining up-to-date course content and track associate progress.\nWhat kind of work will you be doing?\nAlways work with Safety, Quality and Respect in Mind. Demonstrates the VALUE in Training.\nTrain operators on the mechanical or electrical assembly and Production lines.\nHelp the trainee do the process or operation.\nUpdate and maintain Training Records/Skill Matrices.\nTrain new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.\nGather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.\nAssist HR in recruitment of new operators\nDevelop quarterly and annual technical training calendar.\nDevelop standard work for team learning and development journey.\nCooperate with line trainers and training specialist\nDrive continuous improvement projects to improve training quality and effectiveness.\nImprove training compliance with all safety, quality and regulatory requirements.\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nPerforms regular production duties when not delivering training and development activities.\nWhat will make you successful?\nMinimum Qualifications: (education, experience level, knowledge, skills, designations2+ years’ experience with Manufacturing related, Data Center, electrical and thermal systems, safety and security and all related procedures.\nPresents good time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data\nPC literacy (PPT, Word, Excel)\nAbility to work with a team and have attention to detail.\nAbility to evaluate needs and present effective learning and performance solutions\nAbility to motivate, influence and coach individuals who do not have a direct reporting relationship to you.\nIf YOU are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment!\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
