The Data Steward will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards, resolve data quality issues, and support data-driven decision-making.\nPartner with business to understand business strategy and roadmap. Prioritize projects, enhancements, issues, requests, and incidents for data steward, tech and support teams. Be the voice of the customer to the data team \nLead the backlog grooming sessions with the business. Negotiate the sprint plan with the business based on the available team capacity \nResolve business challenges and report status \nDeliver data projects, report status \nPresent release notes to the business at the end of each sprint. \nTriage and troubleshoot data issues, leveraging system-level knowledge \nParticipate in testing and enhancement of data platforms and tools \nConduct training for business and IT users on data standards and governance practices \nSupport automation of data quality checks and lifecycle workflows \nPerform cross-system data reconciliation to ensure consistency across platforms \nDocument and share best practices for data stewardship \nEvaluate data impacts of new systems and projects \nHelp write testable requirements. Provide system requirements for data quality and monitoring; ensure new projects comply with data architecture, quality, and governance frameworks \nTest new capabilities to ensure they meet data requirements.
